Michael Newton recorded 44mins 54secs for 18th position out of 42 starters.
Winner, Billy Robinson, (Cycling Sheffield) 40m 19s (26.8 mph).
Michael has been doing some good cyclo-cross rides of late, obviously a good way to getting or keeping fit. Well done fella.

Phil Tyas had recovered from his `positive test` sufficiently enough to record a rapid 21mins 27secs, ave speed 27.9 mph for 30th place.

Racing two days on the trot, Phil Tyas was again in action.
This time a 25 mile time trial in North Yorkshire using the A168 & A19 in the Thirsk area.
The start for the VTTA Yorkshire event being Topcliffe & covered the course twice for the 25 miles.
Phil Tyas recorded 58 mins 57 secs. Another rapid ride with an ave speed of 25.4 mph.
Winner, Alex Royal, (Manchester BC.) in 49m 56s, (ave spd 30 mph).
