Paul Ruta was the one starter out of 2 for Barnsley RC on the V714 at Gilberdyke.
A strong wind out to the turn which got some shelter from the trees as it blew from the south west. Paul made the most of the helping wind on the return leg. He recorded 25m 18s. Well done young man.
The D.N.S. rider was George Miles suffering from a tumble whilst walking in Doncaster on Wednesday.
