V.T.T.A. Notts & E. Mids 25 mile time trial. Course A25/34 (A46), start time 2pm.
Paul Ruta scorched round the course for a tremendous 1hr 03mins 14secs. ....... WOW ! that`s some ride for a 74 year old.
Paul placed 98th out of 113 starters, and 30 DNS`s & DNF`s.
1st place, Adam Duggleby (Chapeau ! Vive Le Velo) 47mins 18secs. (31.7mph).
Sunday 16th May 2021.
Selby C.C. 10 miles time trial. Course V511 (A19), start time 9am.
This time it was Josie Smith`s turn to shine ....... 1st Fastest Lady.
Josie`s time, 24mins 29secs beating the next lady by 36 secs .......... Easy peasy !
The overall fastest rider ? Who else but Adam D in 19mins 33secs (30.6mph).
A very well done to both Paul & Josie, 2 cracking rides. Chapeau !
