What to do on a Friday night.

Well Michael Newton & Connor Newsome rode an anti-gravity Sheffrec C.C. hill climb !

Where, from Low Bradfield to High Bradfield (well it would be that way wouldn`t it) along Woodfall Lane which was closed for the event, near Oughtibridge.

Connor shot up the hill like a rat up a drain pipe in 2mins 24.9secs, for 8th place. Wow !

I haven`t heard of Connor before so it`s possibly his first event, double Wow !

Michael trammed up the hill at a slightly more sedate pace to 20th place 16secs adrift of Connor. Great times by both of you, chapeau lads, you deserved that pint afterwards.

Every now and then B.R.C. produces an outstanding hill climber ..... have we produced another ... I hope so. Now more practice, Winnats Pass beckons in October.
