Phill Tyas knocked out yet another 21 minute ride on the A590 Levens to Meathop road in the southern part of the Lake District last Saturday evening June 19th.
There was a good entry of 126 riders and Phill finished in the top third (41st) with a 21mins 14secs, (28.3 mph).
Winner of the Kent Valley R.C. 10 miles was Alexander Royle Manchester B.C. 19m 08s (31.4 mph).
Well done Phill, keep it up fella.
